Koyasan

We just left our hotel room after eating a delicious vegetarian breakfast of tofu, vegetables that we cant quite name and lots of rice. We spent the night in the mountain top religious town of Koyasan at a Buddhist monastery named Eiko-in. The facilities are beautiful and the building is constructed in very old, solid wood.

We can both definitely get used to the monastic lifestyle! Its quite a change from engineering!

We are off to walk around the village for a little longer before heading out to Kyoto.

I am writing to express my disapointment. I understand visiting shrine and stuff is culturally cultivating. But dudes, don't be selfish and post some pics of some hot jap chicks first!!!

Please?

To the very least, post some pics of some good food.
